Policy Wordings Price List

IBC Policy Wordings are not available for businesses or organizations that intend to use these wordings (in whole or in part) within proprietary electronic systems that are a part of services to customers or clients for which a fee is charged or for which other consideration is received. Inquiries are welcome from such businesses or organizations. However, Associate membership status is normally a prerequisite.

Prices are per language and are subject to applicable taxes.
Taxes including Goods and Services Tax, Provincial Sales Tax and Harmonized Sales Tax (as applicable) in the province in which the purchaser is located will be added to prices shown below.

1) Wordings include index pages and any relevant IBC bulletins.
2) To order forms for use in Quebec, contact IBC in Montreal. For contact information see general notes under Policy Wordings.
3) This series is comprised of the IBC Standard Mortgage Clauses for Common Law provinces and Quebec and Vacancy Permits for Commercial and Habitational wordings. It also includes the Legal Bulletin Quebec 268 containing the General Policy Conditions in English/French. This series is automatically included with orders for English or French versions of Commercial Property or Habitational wordings, without charge. The indicated prices apply only if the General Property wordings are ordered alone.
