Northwest Territories/Nunavut

Under the Department of Finance, the Treasury is responsible for the licensing and regulation of insurance companies, agents, brokers and adjusters operating in the Northwest Territories through the Office of the Superintendent of Insurance. The Superintendent of Insurance handles consumer complaints about insurance.
