Manitoba Public Insurance (MPI) has call centre staff members that can answer most questions about Autopac insurance or claims issues. If your question is more complex, a Customer Relations Officer can research it in more detail.

Manitoba's Financial Institutions Regulation Branch (FIRB) regulates private insurance companies in Manitoba. The Branch investigates complaints and disputes between consumers and insurance companies.
